At Vape Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
